"I have been doing business with the branch for several years. For a long time there have been no issues. Lately ive had to make multiple changes to my policy, adding and removing vehicles, and it has been a nightmare. Unauthorized changes being made to my billing methods being the most recent issue ive had. I can no longer recommend this place as a good place to get insurance. Im not sure why things have gone so down hill. I dont know how much longer I can stay with a company that clearly doesn't care about me, and I can no longer recommend this branch as a good one to do business wjth."

"Would be nice if State Farm actually posted their closing lunch times so people don’t drive all the way there just to find the doors locked. They have multiple staff members, so you’d think at least one or two could stay during lunch. As I was writing this, a senior citizen walked up too and had to turn around."

"As long as you don’t need to utilize their services, they’re great! We totaled our car when a deer rammed into us and it took 3 weeks and daily calls to get the claim completed. Very disappointing to pay so much for full coverage and get less than mediocre service when needing to actually utilize the services."
